- Number of drives and tapes per day — or per project. This drives the model choice more than anything else.
- Media mix — 3.5" / 2.5" HDDs, server drives, LTO/DLT tapes, or flash (SSDs, phones, USB drives).
- Compliance requirement — is an NSA-listed machine specified? Is this for a bank, an NBFC, a government department, a PSU or a defence organisation?
- Number of sites — one facility, or multiple branches that need field destruction.
- Whether you need destruction only, or destruction plus a certificate — we can supply a per-batch destruction register.
- Tender deadline, if applicable. We can usually turn a quote around in a day.

Do I have to buy a machine to get a destruction certificate?
No. Our on-site destruction service and our full data destruction service both produce a signed destruction register, a volume reconciliation, a machine verification certificate and a certificate of destruction. That is the document your auditor asks for, and it does not require you to own equipment.
What is the fastest way to get a price?
Call or WhatsApp +91 9243049222 and tell us two things: how many drives per day, and whether you process SSDs and phones. That is enough for us to recommend a model and quote the same working day.
Can you supply outside Bengaluru?
Yes. We supply, install and commission across India, and the quotation includes freight, installation, commissioning and operator training. We do not ship a machine and leave you to commission it alone.
Do you supply datasheets and the NSA listing reference?
Yes. Send us the model and you will receive the manufacturer datasheet, the compliance statement, the NSA/CSS Evaluated Products List reference where the model is listed, and our channel authorisation letter — normally the same working day.
How quickly can you deliver?
It depends on the model and configuration, and we will not guess. We give you a written lead time with the quotation. If you have a tender date, tell us and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.
Can we buy now and add AMC later?
Yes, but an AMC bought with the machine is cheaper than adding one afterwards, and it keeps warranty and service with a single contact. Ask us for both in the same quotation.
