Dealers & Distributors in India

Quridge Global Solutions appoints a limited number of dealers, distributors and integrators for Proton data-destruction equipment across India. Here is what a partnership involves and what we look for.

We are selective, and deliberately so. A degausser sold to a customer who cannot get it serviced is a problem for that customer and a reputational problem for us. If you can genuinely add local capability, we would like to talk. If you only want a resale margin, we are probably not the right fit.

What a dealer or distributor agreement includes

  • Commercial discount structure by product line and volume
  • Lead registration and deal protection
  • Full datasheets, compliance statements and certification documents for your bids
  • Channel authorisation letters for government and PSU tenders
  • Authorised-distribution declarations for GeM listings
  • Technical product training for your sales and pre-sales engineers
  • Quotation and tender support — send us a specification, get a written compliance response
  • Spares and consumables supply
  • Escalation path to our engineers for customer support
  • Marketing material and product images with proper attribution

What we look for in a partner

  1. A registered Indian business with proper GST registration and a trading history.
  2. Technical capability — someone who can specify a degausser correctly. This is the single most important criterion.
  3. A genuine service presence in the region, or a documented plan to build one.
  4. A real market for data-destruction equipment, not a general IT reseller with no footprint.
  5. Willingness to run destruction to our register standard if you offer the service, including per-asset records and verification.
  6. Honesty in tender responses. A dealer who overstates a machine's capability costs us the account and the reference.

How we work with partners

AspectOur approach
TerritoryRegistered opportunity protection rather than hard territorial boundaries
Direct enquiriesWe do not bypass a partner on a registered opportunity. We will tell you we are doing it otherwise.
PricingDealer pricing on registered deals, with volume structure agreed up front
Tender supportWe write the compliance response; you own the relationship and the submission
Technical escalationYour engineers escalate to ours, and we answer. We do not make you guess.
TrainingProduct and technical training, plus certification records you can show customers
ReviewRegular commercial and technical review, including joint customer visits

For IT integrators

If you are an IT integrator rather than a reseller, we can supply Proton equipment as part of a solution you deliver — data centre build-outs, IT refresh programmes, secure-room fit-outs and compliance projects. We supply the equipment with full technical documentation so your engineering team can specify and hand over properly, and we will attend commissioning alongside you where the project needs it.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions Indian buyers ask most often. Cannot find yours? Call us — we answer technical questions on the phone.

Do you appoint dealers and distributors in India?
Yes. We work with a limited number of dealers and distributors who can add value in a region — local relationship, technical capability and a genuine service presence. We are selective because a data-destruction machine with nobody who can service it is a liability for the end customer.
What does a dealer agreement include?
Discount structure, marketing support, datasheets and certification documents for your bids, lead registration, and technical training. We do not appoint resellers who cannot provide first-line support, and we require anyone handling customer media to be trained and covered by our verification process.
What are the requirements to become a dealer?
A registered Indian business, the technical capability to specify and support data-destruction equipment, a demonstrated market for it, and the willingness to run destruction to our register standard. We will assess and tell you honestly where you stand.
Can I be a sub-distributor for a state?
Yes, subject to an existing dealer arrangement in your region. We will route you to the appropriate partner rather than creating channel conflict.
Do you sell direct even in dealer territories?
Yes, and we will tell you that upfront. Dealers earn on registered opportunities and on support, not on us avoiding direct contact. A dealer who tries to block a direct enquiry loses the arrangement.
